|"LOCIT CABLE RESTRICTORS"
There are four standard colours available: white, light oak, stainless steel and matt black. However, for bulk orders of a sufficient size, any "RAL" colour finish can be provided at an additional cost.
Cables can be black or white. The standard length is 220 mm but other lengths can be provided.
There are "keyplugs" available in white, black and green for a small additional charge should it be necessary to make the restrictor "non-lockable".
The cable can be disconnected by "push-button" and can be totally deadlocked to stop removal by key-locking the button.
Any handle backplate can be provided subject to decent order sizes and will be priced as necessary.
Two keys are provided with each unit.
Casement and Tilt / Turn Version
This version consists of a handle base plate (2mm) to secure below the handle base covered with sheathed steel cable (5mm o/d) fixed to the handle base. The cable will allow a 100mm opening of the sash and is connected to a frame block. The cable can be disconnected from the frame block by "push-button" and can be totally secured to stop removal by key-locking the button.
Consists of similar parts to the above and operates in a similar fashion but with a backplate to suit the door handle. Standard backplates include Hoppe 3070 Handle B/plate, backplate to suit Trojan 210mm and 240mm long handles and Fab and Fix handle backplates. However any handle can be accommodated if required, subject to decent order levels. The standard cable will allow 150mm opening but can be lessened if required.
Patent applied for.
Where a handle baseplate is not appropriate, the restrictor can be fitted to almost any feature using either our horizontal or vertical face-fix.

Cable pulled across cutting hole with 10N force.Free issue punch applying force of 100N/second up to maximum loading of 3600N. (View full test certificate here).
All tests were passed successfully.
