Career Counselling:
Working either individually or with groups to assess current skill and ability areas. Taking the time to think creatively about future goals and options.
Advising:
Advising and assisting in the review of opportunities and choices, whether this be looking for new employment, working independently or returning to education to open up new avenues for the future.
Workshops:
Sessions covering CVs and job search, identifying the right job, not just the first one which comes along, personal presentation and confidence building, interview skills with tutor feedback to ensure a positive impact.
Stress Management:
Practical sessions to understand the body’s response to stress and to understand our own reactions. Offering a range of techniques including alternative therapy approaches to help at this time.
