Appraisal: The success of the appraisal experience relies not only on the skill of the appraiser but also on the preparation and expectations of the appraisee. We aim to get the most out of the process by helping your staff to understand your appraisal system. By helping them to prepare positively for the process we ensure that maximum benefit is achieved both for your staff and for you.
Building Confidence: Staff who work with confidence present a professional and efficient image to outside clients and to their colleagues. We work with staff, looking at a variety of aspects of human behaviour to develop positive interpersonal skills.
Working with Change: Change can often be difficult because we fail to communicate the reasons and benefits behind it, why it is necessary and what it means for individuals. In this course, we seek to take the fear factor out of change and work with your staff to understand the change process.
Communication Skills: Our experienced trainers can offer development in a variety of communication techniques, including effective one- to one communication, report writing and presentation skills.
Creative Thinking: “The significant problems we face cannot be altered by the thinking that created them” (Albert Einstein). This course will introduce participants to a variety of techniques and thought processes which will help them think ‘outside the box’ and beyond the realms of traditional thinking.
Customer Service: Delivering an effective customer service is much more than just smiling at people and being nice to them. Our courses help people to understand the importance of the customer. We provide staff with the essential techniques which will convert them from polite people to exceptional customer liaison staff.
Handling Complaints: Effective complaint handling will prevent problems escalating and provide positive solutions to problems. We prepare staff to deal with complaints on a professional, competent basis.
Presentation Skills: No matter how big the audience, presenting information to others is a daunting business. We can help your staff to prepare their message, their material and themselves for any presentation they may be required to deliver.
Problem Solving: Our problem solving courses provide people with the skills to identify and consider a variety of solutions for the problems they face. We also develop people’s decision making abiltities.
Stress Management: Effective employees are those which can deal with the variety of pressures they face both at work and at home. Our experienced trainers present a variety of skills and techniques which provide people with a tool-kit of dealing with the strains and stresses of daily living.
Team Working: Many work situations require people to work in teams. Effective teams are those which have a balance of people who understand and respect each other’s skills and attributes. Our courses work with teams and the individuals within them. We help individuals to understand their own personal contribution to the team and assist the team to developing group skills for communicating and working together.
Time Management: Time is a similar commodity to money – we never have enough of it. Our course is rather like a money-management programme, except we focus on time –not money! We ask participants to consider how they are using their time, and provide them with techniques to prioritise and use time effectively.

Training plans are always discussed and agreed with you in advance. Our input is tailored to the needs of your managers and your organisation and is always bespoke.
Our training courses are run to the convenience of your organisation, we do not impose set patterns or timetables.
