New Year's Eve Champagne Dinner 2008


Festive Month of December 2008

During the month of December including Christmas Day & Boxing Day ( except New Year’s Eve ), our regular menus are also available with the Christmas Special Menu. With prior arrangement, simple English meal can be catered for those in a party who do not eat Chinese food at all.

For this festive season, a deposit of £ 10.00 per person is required for a party of five or more to confirm a booking. Early booking is advised to ensure you get the day and time that suits you best.

Finally.......we would appreciate it if you would let us know in advance which Set Menu you have chosen to enable us to help you to organise your party smoothly.

We are opening everyday throughout Christmas ( including Christmas Day & Boxing Day ) as normal.

Lunch 12 noon - 2 p.m.
Evening Sunday - Friday from 5.30 p.m.
Saturday from 6.30 p.m.
Christmas Day open lunch only

Satay Chicken on Skewer served with Satay Peanut Sauce

Stuffed Crab’s Claw with Minced Prawn

Chef’s Crispy Seaweed
Garnished with Chef’s Crispy Shredded Beef with Chilli




Second Course

Emperor’s Parcel
(stir fried minced chicken with waterchestnut in yellow bean sauce served with lettuce wrap)




Intermediate Course

Crispy Aromatic Peking Duck
(served with wheaten pancake, shredded cucumber & spring onion with plum sauce)




Main Course

consists of :

Orange Liqueur Chicken Fillet

Quick Fried King Prawn with Peppers in Chinese Rice Wine

Spicy Sliced Beef with Shredded Bamboo Shoot Szechuan Style

Stir Fried Soft Noodle with Beansprout
